Mr. Pawanjeet S Sasan has experience of about a year working as a Relationship Manager at Maruti Suzuki dealership. He completed his MBA in International Business from ICCCR AND HRM, University of Jammu with an overall 2nd position in order of merit and BBA from University of Jammu (JK college of BBA and BCA). He has completed 2 research-based projects, first project is on “Job satisfaction of employees in Jammu”, and 2nd project is “A Study on Customer Satisfaction in Peaks Auto Jammu Pvt Ltd.: Scope and Strategies”. Currently His research interests are focused on Organisationbehaviour, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
