Dr. Palvi Bhardwaj is passionate about being a management educator and holds a PhD in Marketing. She is also an author, speaker, and a life skills trainer. Her research focus is centred around Customer Relationship Management, specifically related to Retail. Factors such as Customer Value and Loyalty, and their implications on Consumer Behaviour and related parameters have been of research interest to her. She has presented papers and case studies in many National and International Conferences organized by reputed institutions such as IIM Lucknow and IIM Calcutta. She has also published papers in many leading management journals.
