creativity, school and higher education and
psychology. He is also the author of several books
& fellow of United Writers Association of India.
Dr. Renu Gupta, M.A (Psy-
chology), M.Ed., Ph.D. is
the Vice Chairperson,
Model Institute of Education
and Research & former
Principal, MIER College of
Education. She is dealing
with Policy Planning,
Administration, Training,
Research and Teaching. She has many publica-
tions and research papers to her credit. She is a
national level trainer for the empowerment of
women under UGC and also Director Centre for
Women Studies. She is a highly experienced
assessor of the National Assessment and
Accreditation Council (NAAC).
Mr. Kuldeep Khoda, M.Sc.

U.S.A) is a renowned edu-
cationist and former Vice
Chancellor, University of
Jammu . He has also been
the Member J&K Legislative
Council (MLC) nominated
as Educationist / Scientist. he is also a member of
various academic and professional bodies. He
has received numerous awards at national and
international levels.
Prof. Bhim Singh Dahiya,
M.A (English), Ph.D (Univer-
sity of Cincinnati, USA) is a
renowned educationist &
former VC, Kurukshetra
University (1993-96). He has
served as the Pro-VC,
Kurukshetra University,
Registrar, M.D University,
Rohtak and a member, Governing body, United
States Educational Foundation in India. He has
also served as the Professor of English, Kurukshetra
University and M.D Rohtak University.
Prof. R.G. Kothari,
M.Sc.(Math), M.Ed., Ph.D (S.
P. University, V.V. Nagar.) is
the Dean, Faculty of
Education & Psychology, at
M.S. University, Vadodara .
He has also served as the
VC, Veer Narmad South
Gujarat University, Surat. He
has numerous National and International awards
to his credit. He is a prolific writer, noted author,
acclaimed researcher and a renowned authority
in the field of teacher education.
Dr. Arun Gopal, M.A. (Edu-
(Physics) from IIT, Delhi is a
former Director General of
the J&K Police. He ably led
the Police deptt. during
years of tumultuous change
in J&K. He has also served
as the Chief Vigilance
Commissioner of J&K State.
He is the recipient of many International and
national awards for his meritorious services includ-
ing the Highest Civil Services Award from the Prime
Minister and President of India.
Justice Sunil Hali, L.L.B. has
been a former Judge of the
J&K and Allahabad High
Courts and an Ex Judicial
Member of the Armed
Forces Tribunal. He has over
40 years of experience and
passed many landmark
judgements during his
tenure. Presently, he is working as a Senior
Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and is the
President of J&K Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission.
Prof. Irshad Hamal, M.Sc.
(Botony), Ph.D. is an emi-
nent academician and

Prof. Ankur Gupta, B.E

and MS Software Systems

Hamirpur, is the Director at
MIET, Jammu. Prior to joining
the academia, he worked
as a Technical Team Lead
at Hewlett Packard. He has filed 20 patents,
published 70+ research papers and received
competitive funding over Rs. 2 Crores. He is recipi-
