Authors are encouraged to submit their papers using EASYCHAIR online submission system

Submitted papers should contain original, unpublished material not currently under review for any other conference/journal.

Accepted papers will be peer reviewed by at least three independent referees from the panel of international reviewers and will undergo plagiarism check (Refer IEEE Note on Plagiarism) .
•

Authors of accepted papers will need to sign a IEEE copyright release form online and must present this paper at the conference. Conference proceedings shall be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS). All CPS conferences are submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore and the CSDL.
Please note that only one paper and one presenter is covered by an author registration. For additional papers by the same authors a waiver of 25% in registration fee shall be applicable.
