In ICNGCIS-23 where there are 100 submissions or more, managing the entire peer review process can be too much for one person to handle. Depending on the size of the conference, the programme chair has appointed people to a programme committee, to help manage the peer review process. Programme committee members also take responsibility for distinct parts of the peer review process, or thematic areas known as tracks, within the conference. Technical Program Committee members are :
