Bio: Dr. Ashok Kumar is working as Professor and Dean Academic Affairs at MIET, Jammu and has over 25+ years of experience in the industry, academics, research, and academic administration. He did his Doctorate from IKG Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar; Master of Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and Bachelor's degree from NIT, Calicut, Kerala. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) & IEEE Senior Member. He has worked as Campus Director at Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions, Kala Amb, HP; he has also worked with Ambala College of Engineering & Applied Research, Ambala, and Haryana Engineering College, Jagadhri, Haryana in the capacity of Dean and Head of the Department blended with an industrial experience of around two years. He also headed CREE, ACE, Ambala
