Bio: I have Ph.D. from Jammu University in electronics, specifically on Schottky Barrier Diodes. My thesis explored the anomalous I-V behaviour of Si and GaAs based Schottky Barrier interfaces at low temperature as well as their simulation over wide range of temperature. My area of interest includes M-S contacts and Solar cells.
