Bio: Prof. Sahil Sawhney is a senior academician with 15+ years of experience in higher technical education and the IT industry. He serves as Professor & Dean Strategy & Quality Assurance at MIET, supporting institutional planning, quality assurance & academic governance.
He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management in Higher Education and is actively involved in NEP 2020 implementation, accreditation, outcome-based education, and student experience enhancement. His interests span higher education strategy, governance & technology-enabled learning. With 30+ research publications and 25+ IP filings, he combines academic rigor with applied innovation. His recognitions include Top 10 finalist at the India Startup Summit, Startup Board Award, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification. He has contributed to AICTE-, NAAC and government-funded projects and serves on key academic & statutory bodies.
