Bio: Dr. Parul Sharma is an Associate Professor in the School of Management at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Jammu. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University in 2014, with her doctoral research focusing on “Dimensions of Workaholism: A Study of the Service Sector.” With nearly 11 years of academic experience, her research interests include Workaholism, Human Resource Management, Social Media Marketing, and Women Entrepreneurship. Dr. Sharma has actively participated in numerous conferences, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she is empaneled as an expert trainer with the Regional Training Institute, Jammu, where she has conducted multiple training sessions.
