Bio: I have done have my M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology BHU, Varanasi (IIT BHU, Varanasi) & B.Tech from IETE.I have done my Ph. D from MNNIT ALLahabad in 2016. I have done Ph. D on topic "Fabrication and Characterization of Undoped and Mg-doped Zno Thin Film Heterojunction Devices for Electronic and Photonic Applications". I have published 20 international Journal papers out of 14 - papers are in SCI Journal and 6 - papers in Scopus indexed. I have presented paper in six international conferences. Current time I am doing research on Programmable logic controller, internet of things, nanotechnology, mathematical modeling and simulation of advanced semiconductor devices. My expertisement area is PLC panel, RF/DC Magnetron Sputtering Technique, Thermal evaporation/EB(electron beam) gun technique, Sol-Gel Spin Coating Technique, Pulse Laser Deposition(PLD) Method.
