Bio: Mr. Karan Khajuria is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at MIET Jammu. With close to ten patents filed and several research publications in reputed international journals and conferences, he has built a strong profile in applied research and innovation. He has also received multiple research seed grants in recognition of his contributions.

An active ACM member, Mr. Khajuria has extensive experience in mentoring students to strengthen their technical competencies. He heads the Centre for Software Development at MIET and serves as a project mentor at the Centre for Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CRIE), where he guides students in building impactful, real-world solutions.

His interests and expertise span product innovation, entrepreneurship, agentic AI, computer vision, and cloud architecture using AWS.
