Bio: I hold a Ph.D. in Management from The Business School, University of Jammu. My research focused on enhancing customer engagement through Facebook fan page usage for generating brand trust and purchase intentions in the eWallet sector. I have a Master’s in Information Technology Business Management from SCIT, Pune, and a B.E. in Computer Science from MIET, Jammu. With 18 years of blended experience in academia and industry, I have served as HOD and Assistant Professor in Management at MBSCET Jammu. I have worked as a Global Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and as a Research Analyst at Oracle Corporation India. My research spans diverse areas, including marketing, digital marketing, engineering education, education, and management. I have published my work in journals of national and international repute, contributing to academic scholarship and practical insights in these fields.
