Bio: "He has received his Ph. D. from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar, M.Tech in VLSI design from CDAC Mohali, and B.E. in Electronics & Comm. Engg. from MBSCET, Jammu. He served at Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran, Mohali as an Assistant Professor for around 6 years in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. His current research interests are Microelectronics, Sensors, and Semiconductor devices focusing on Nanowire FETs, IMOS FETs, and Negative-Capacitance FETs. He has, to his credit, over twenty research papers published in national and international journals, indexed in SCI/SCOPUS, and conference proceedings. He has also guided many students leading to the award of M.Tech. degree. He has been a reviewer of multiple international peer-reviewed journals."
