Bio: Assistant Professor, Academician, and Educationist with over 17 years of teaching and academic experience. I hold an MBA from the University of Jammu and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MIET, Jammu. Currently, I am pursuing PhD, with my research focusing on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management, particularly in areas such as performance expectancy, employee engagement, and Sustainability. My academic and research interests includes Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Universal Human Values, and Organizational Behaviour.
