Bio: Dr. Vishakha Chib holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Department of Law, University of Jammu. She earned her B.Sc. from Government Gandhi Memorial Science College, Jammu, LL.B. (Professional) from the University of Jammu, LL.M. from the Central University of Punjab, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights Law and Duties Education from The Law School, University of Jammu. She has served as a Lecturer at Dogra Law College. Dr. Vishakha Chib has presented research papers at national and international conferences and has published scholarly articles in peer-reviewed, UGC-approved, and Scopus-indexed journals, in addition to authoring a book chapter. She was invited as a Panel Expert for a Regional Law Review Consultation organized in collaboration with the National Commission for Women and was conferred the NPTEL Discipline Star in Law by IIT Madras.
