Bio: I am Dr. Mohd Aqib Aslam, a dedicated legal academician with a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Jammu. I qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) for Assistant Professor and hold an LL.M. from Maharaja Agrasen University, where I secured first position and received the University Gold Medal in 2019. I completed my B.A. LL.B. (5-year integrated) from the University of Jammu. I'm also enrolled with the Bar Council of India and cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in 2019. My research interests include constitutional law, human rights, and legal theory. I have published several papers in reputed journals and was honored with the Young Researcher and Research Excellence Awards by InSc in 2020. I aim to bridge legal theory with practical application, empowering students with a deep understanding of the law.
