Bio: I am a Ph.D. research scholar in the Department of Law, University of Jammu, and am in the final stage of my doctoral research, with my Ph.D. thesis titled “Wages in Micro and Small Enterprises with Special Reference to the Code on Wages, 2019: A Socio-Legal Study in Jammu Division” ready for submission. I have completed my LL.B. and LL.M. from the Department of Law, University of Jammu.
I am currently engaged as a Visiting Faculty at the School of Law, Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Jammu, where I teach undergraduate law students. My areas of academic and research interest include Labour Law, Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, and Commercial Law.
My research focuses on labour welfare legislation, wage regulation, and the socio-legal impact of labour reforms, particularly in relation to micro and small enterprises.
