Bio: Dr. Richa holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MIET and a master's from SMVDU, where she was the first rank holder and a gold medalist. She later pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science from SMVDU, focusing on "Retinal Disease Diagnosis using Hybrid Deep Transfer Learning-based Approaches." During her Ph.D., she published six SCI journal papers with strong impact factors, with more under review, and presented Several Scopus-indexed research at international conferences. She has earned Silver Elite certifications in NPTEL Deep Learning and Machine Learning courses and received prestigious awards, including the Infosys Foundation Excellence Award, a gold medal, and the First Rank Award. Beyond academia, she briefly served as an Assistant Professor at GCET and later worked as a Data Scientist at IIT Jammu for over two years on a DRDO-sponsored project.
