Bio: Completed Ph.D. from The Business School, University of Jammu, where my research focused on marketing and consumer behavior. I also hold a Postgraduate degree in Commerce from the Department of Commerce, University of Jammu. My academic and research interests span online retailing, marketing, and consumer behavior, and I have contributed to publications in these areas.
