Bio: I am a dedicated academic with a PhD in Management, specializing in knowledge?sharing behavior—a field that explores how individuals and organizations exchange, transmit, and leverage knowledge to drive collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Over the past 4½ years, I have honed my pedagogical skills, teaching a diverse range of management and organizational behavior courses. My doctoral research delved into the psychological and organizational dimensions of knowledge sharing—drawing insights from frameworks such as the Theory of Planned Behavior as well as clustering individuals on the basis of their different knowledge sharing behaviours. This solid theoretical foundation underpinned my investigations into the drivers, and various related outcomes influencing how academics and professionals share knowledge in organizational and educational settings.
