Bio: I have a PhD in Economics from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, specializing in climate change adaptation in agriculture. My doctoral research explored farmers’ adaptation strategies in India’s Western Himalayan Region, identifying socio-economic determinants and barriers using advanced econometric analysis. I am UGC-NET qualified and have published research in Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science indexed journals. My areas of interest include climate change adaptation, environmental sustainability, renewable energy, ecological footprint analysis, sustainable agricultural development, and the nexus between employment and environmental outcomes.
