Bio: Dr. Shafia Shah holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law from Sharda University, Delhi, an LL.M. from Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow and a BA LL.B. from University of Kashmir. She also holds a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. With over five years of teaching and research experience her area of expertise is criminal laws. Dr. Shafia has published quality research papers and presented at several national and international conferences. An edited book has been published under her guidance. In addition to academic roles, Dr. Shafia has actively participated in community connect and legal aid programs, reflecting a strong commitment to social justice, legal empowerment, and academic excellence.
