Bio: Dr. Ragini Gupta is an accomplished academician in the field of commerce with a Ph.D. from the University of Jammu and qualifications including NET and SET; B.com first rank holder of GCW Parade Jammu and overall third topper of Jammu University batch 2012-15. She has served as an Assistant Professor under the Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir. Her research expertise lies in Green Human Resource Management, organisational sustainability, and citizenship behaviour, with multiple publications in reputed Scopus-indexed and ABDC-ranked journals, along with a book chapter to her credit. Actively engaged in academic service, she has coordinated conferences, refresher courses, and numerous institutional initiatives related to sustainability, gender sensitisation, and community development, and has also served as a reviewer for an international journal.
