Bio: Ms. Earika Chib is a legal academic and researcher with a strong foundation in law, interdisciplinary research, and professional legal practice. She is pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law and holds a B.A.LL.B (First Division) (2020), Master of Laws (LL.M.) (2 years) from the Department of Law, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda (2022), with Grade A . She has qualified the Jammu & Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JK-SET) in Law (2023) & UGC-NET (Ph.D. only category) exam twice. She has also qualified AIBE-XVI. She has undergone many Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), published several research papers in UGC-listed, peer-reviewed, and refereed journals of national and international repute. She has contributed a book chapter on “Environmental Regulations in Aviation” (2024) & has actively presented research papers at international and national conferences & seminars.
