Bio: Dr. Kamani Dutta is a dedicated academician with over nine years of teaching experience in teaching . She holds a Doctoral Degree in Commerce from the University of Jammu and her doctoral research, titled “Exploring Determinants, Dimensions and Outcomes of Customer Experience in Selected Services,” highlights her specialization in customer experience and service management.She has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and reputed national and international journals and workshops. She has to her credit several research papers published in ABDC-listed, Scopus-indexed, and UGC CARE listed journals. In addition, she has contributed a book chapter to her credit, further enriching her academic portfolio.
