Bio: Ms. Nemeezia Amin is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Lloyd Law College and a Master of Laws from Amity University, Noida. She has qualified the UGC-NET (Law) 2025 and has also successfully cleared the AIBE XV. She brings over five years of litigation experience, having practiced before the District Courts and the High Court. She has honed her skills through internships at District & Supreme Court and served as a legal advisor to various NGO’s including Sakhi One Stop Centre. Her academic interests lie in criminal law, matrimonial law and law reform with a particular focus on issues such as gender neutrality and misuse of legal provisions. She aims to integrate practical insights with theoretical learning to enhance the academic experience of students.
