Bio: Dr. Ritika holds a Ph.D. in “Corporate Law” from the Department of Law, University of Jammu. She is having LL.M. in Corporate Laws from Hidayatullah National Law University, (HNLU), Raipur. She had completed her B.A.LL.B. at The Law School, University of Jammu, Additionally, she also has a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has edited and published books titled “Corporate Governance: Legal Framework and Policies”, " Disability Rights and Social Justice: A Legal Perspective" and “Dynamics of Trademarks Law Principles, Practices and Protection”. She has also completed several certificate courses, including those on Gender Issues, Human Rights, Social Work and the Criminal Justice System, Consumer Protection, and a GIAN course by the Ministry of Education on ‘Comparative Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law’. She has published research papers in reputed journals and books.
