Bio: Dr. Sakshi Ahlawat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Management and Commerce. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and is UGC-NET qualified in Commerce. She is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and academic development.
Her research interests include Mergers and Acquisitions, Employee Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, Research and Publication Ethics, and Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management (AI in HRM).
Dr. Ahlawat has authored two academic books on Blockchain Technology and Research and Publication Ethics, published by the reputed national publisher Sultan Chand & Sons. She has also published research papers and book chapters in reputed national and international journals and actively contributes to academic research and scholarly activities.
