Bio: I have a Ph.D. from the Department of Commerce, University of Jammu on the Topic “Examining the Outcomes of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives of Companies in Punjab State” under the supervision of Prof. Gurjeet Kaur Sahi. My thesis explored that if Companies specifically large Scale perform CSR initiatives for its different stakeholders be it society, environment, employees, customers etc. then what outcomes do they get in the form of Corporate brand value, customer value, corporate image, employees citizenship behaviour etc. in the presence of moderators and mediators. My research is acknowledged in national and international journals such as Vikalpa: The Journal for Decision Makers (Scopus), Journal of Global Marketing (Scopus, ABDC: B), International Journal for Innovative Research (UGC listed) etc.
