Dr. Manik Arora has over 11 years of experience in the industry, academics, and academic administration. He did his post-graduation and Ph. D. from University of Jammu and later served the university as faculty for over 09 years in the department of Tourism & Hospitality Management. He shifted to Uzbekistan in 2019 and worked with Amity University Tashkent. His research interest areas are Tourism, Hospitality, and Service Marketing. He has, to his credit, various research papers published in journals and book chapters of national and international repute. He has also published two edited books on various dimensions of service sector.
