Profile

Dr Azra Nazir completed her PhD from the Computer Science and Engineering Department at NIT Srinagar, India, in 2023. She received M.Tech from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan, in 2016. She received her B.Tech (Gold medalist) from the Islamic University of Science &Technology Awantipora, Pulwama, India. She has 5 years of academic experience wherein she taught at NIT Srinagar, Kashmir University, IUST and VIT Bhopal.  She has funded research projects on applications of A.I in healthcare and smart agriculture. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed international and national journals indexed in SCI, Scopus, and WOS. Her research interests include the Internet of Things, Deep Learning at Edge, and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
