Faisal Rasheed Lone is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) Jammu.  He is presently working in information security and vehicular networks. He has many publications at the international and national levels to his credit. He has completed three funded research projects from central and state governments worth 19 lakhs. He is a lifetime member of prestigious societies such as the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
