Dr. Hemalatha Murugesan is an accomplished educator and researcher specializing in  Human Resource Management. She earned her PhD from Madurai Kamaraj University, where her research entitled “Occupational stress among College Professors: A Comparative Study between Madurai, India and Auckland City, New Zealand. With over five years of teaching experience in both New Zealand and India, She is dedicated to fostering student success and academic excellence. As a recipient of the University Gold Medal for undergraduate studies, Dr.Hemalatha combines a strong academic background with practical expertise. She is also UGC-NET qualified. Her areas of interest include Green HRM, Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management and Employee Resilience. She has published many research papers in well-reputed journals and has also presented her research work at conferences of national and international repute, both in India and Abroad.
